Last updated: 15 June 2026
Acceptance of terms
By using the WeiiGo app or website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This document should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions & payments
WeiiGo offers Free, Pro and Pro-AI plans. Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the respective store.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it unlawfully.
- Don't infringe others' rights or post unlawful content.
- Safety features are provided to assist you and are not a substitute for emergency services.
Safety features & emergencies
WeiiGo's SOS, location-sharing and emergency-contact features are aids that depend on your device, connectivity, third-party networks and your contacts' availability — they can fail or be delayed and must not be relied on as your sole means of getting help. In a real emergency, always contact your local emergency services directly. You are responsible for keeping your emergency contacts accurate and for only adding people who have agreed to be contacted.
SMS & messaging
When you use WeiiGo's alert features, we send SMS, WhatsApp and email messages on your behalf to the emergency contacts you have added and who have accepted your invitation. These are safety messages only — never marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how messaging data is handled.
Your content
You retain ownership of the trips and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to store and sync your data).
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Travel information, transit data and safety ratings may be incomplete or inaccurate; always use your own judgement and consult official sources.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C2S4 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
